High-growth oil & gas industry leader focused on E&P exploration and production. Our client is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst. Strengthen relationships with analysts' buy-side/sell-side and investors.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Development Analyst

Leading Investor Relations efforts to strengthen relationships with analysts, buy-side/sell-side, and investors. Key projects include the quarterly earnings process, including the preparation and distribution of the press release and earnings. Perform regular evaluation of analyst models and estimates. Manage and maintain financial models to assess how analyst estimates align with internal forecasts.

Requirements of the Corporate Development Analyst

Bachelor's degree required from an accredited University or College

2 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research
