About the Role:

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the supply chain, ensuring the seamless acquisition of high-quality components and services to support cutting-edge space technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's mission and operational goals.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management to ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align procurement efforts with technical requirements.
• Oversee contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize supply chain risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally within the aerospace, satellite, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Solid understanding of contract management and strategic sourcing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
