Warehouse Associate

Location: Odessa, Texas

Reports to: Branch Manager

Collaborates with: Operations/Production, Field Services, Engineering, Human Resources

Primary Responsibility: The Warehouse Manager will oversee the catalyst production in the Odessa facility and other warehouse operations. This manager will be responsible for direct reports.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage warehouse associates, monitor and distribute work on the floor, and ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment
  • Ensure employees are trained and understand proper shipping standards and expectations
  • Ensure and maintain the quality of packing for outgoing shipments
  • Process UPS/FedEx shipments
  • Communicate with the Manufacturing Department regarding staging orders
  • Arrange forklift training and safety during the onboarding process
  • Supervise and train warehouse team members as needed.
What Qualifies You:
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret company documents.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, discounts, and percentages.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software and capable of learning company specific ERP system.
  • No certifications required. Forklift certification is a plus
  • INFOR Cloudsuite (preferable), not required
  • High school diploma or GED minimum
