Our client serves as West Texas and New Mexico's trusted fabricator for storage tanks, utility poles, and custom solutions built with quality and precision. With decades of experience with energy in the Permian Basin, they can deliver quality solutions quickly and efficiently! They are looking to add a Painter/Coater to their team in the Midland, TX area.

Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for these positions.

• Set Monday through Friday schedule: 6pm-6am

• Ability to coat inside of tanks, vessels, and other products using Sherwin Williams epoxies.
• Should have experience using airless and conventional spray equipment.
• Should know the processes for coating, blasting, and/or painting.
• Must be able to handle blast media hoses' weight during blasting operations (60LB) and spray in a sustained, consistent pattern.
• Should know how to drive and work off scissor lift, ladders, and scaffolds for application and blasting, following all appropriate Safety procedures.
• Ability to disassemble, repair, and re-assemble spray equipment if needed.
• 1-3 years experience preferred.
