Position: Production Equipment Operator

Location: Delaware Basin

Compensation: $28.00 - $40.00/HR

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the area Foreman and collaborates closely with all personnel in the field.

Main Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate and maintain pumping units and ESPs.
• Conduct daily route checks to monitor and document production data.
• Ensure optimal well performance and troubleshoot any production issues.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment as required.
• Respond promptly to call-outs within the assigned area.
• Utilize production software for monitoring and reporting purposes.
• Accurately document production data and complete necessary reports.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Lease Operating experience (mandatory due to minimal supervision).
• Strong understanding of pumping units and ESPs.
• Able to independently manage assigned routes.
• Proficient in computer documentation.
• Willingness to drive up to 300 miles per day.
• Must pass a background check, driving record check, and DOT drug screening.
