You will assist with proposal preparation and billing while ensuring that project tasks remain accurate and on schedule. This role gains experience in staff management and resource scheduling.Once selected to join our team, you will:Assist with the execution of project tasks such as permitting and entitlement processesBe responsible for ensuring project tasks remain accurate and on scheduleAssist with the project financial processesAssist in preparation of proposalsInteract with clientsAssis with overseeing the technical staffAssist with resource scheduling for technical staff on your teamKEY QUALIFICATIONS:KNOWLEDGE:AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or discipline specific softwaresSKILLS:Basic understanding of project financial and performance metricsAbility to manage multiple project tasks at a timeExcellent decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEffective problem-solving skillsEXPERIENCE:Generally, 5 or more years of land survey experience0-2 years project management experience required0-2 years client interaction experience required0-2 years of experience in oversight of technical staffEDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Geosciences, or related degreeRPLS -Registered Professional Land Surveyor
