Job Description Job Description Salary: DOEWe are looking for a CAD Technician to work in our Survey department. As a Drafter, you will work with our engineers performing the following tasks:Prepare a variety of surveys utilizing survey data collected in the field including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, construction staking surveys, easements, right-of-ways, and as-built surveys.Read and interpret property legal descriptions and related survey records.Survey projects include residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and oil and gas.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Minimum 3 years experience.Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil3D; knowledge of Carlson a bonus.Technical school degree and/or coursework in land surveying or civil engineering related drafting preferred.Enthusiastic to contribute to a growing company and motivated to learn.Attention to detail and a willingness to complete projects within deadlines.
