This role ensures all reimbursement opportunities are pursued, repossession activities are properly handled, and insurance-related processes are accurately administered.Responsibilities include coordinating repossession activity with third-party vendors, filing and monitoring claims, and ensuring that all recovered funds are applied correctly and timely to member accounts.
