The ideal project manager will be driven toprovide our clients with excellent service.Responsibilities:Managestakeholdersincluding architects,engineers,and supplychainsto deliver compliantprojects.Cananalyze,track,and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid scheduleslips.Verify that effective project governance,processes,and systems areutilized.Ensure application of best practice on all projects.Production of formal project status reports and other reports asrequiredMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards areappliedcorrectly.Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviewsManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.Forecast and update key project milestonesand budget.Manage andmonitorlocal design teamsin accordance withcommission criteriaProvide technical support to owners, architects, generalcontractorsand regional stakeholdersRapid response to RFIs from the fieldProvideexpertisefor cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance whererequiredIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals,timelines,and costs from architects,contractorsand suppliers.Client management –assistin developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities.Strategic Thinking -providesadvice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients'objectivesand businessobjectives.Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each projectarecaptured.Process improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processesSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management,architecture,engineeringor field related to construction.Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader teamEffective presentation skillsProficiencyin Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management toolsStrong communicationskills.Additional InformationThe salary range for this full-time role is$150K-$180Kper year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
