Required Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in high-level data entry and software tools such as MuddyBoots, TESTit, or equivalent programs
  • Experience with data management and compliance documentation
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and processes
  • Effective communication skills for coordination with teams and stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Dynamics or similar program data entry
  • ACP Map experience
  • Knowledge of measurement techniques relevant to O&G industry
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and maintenance planning workflows

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree not required
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas operations or maintenance planning is beneficial
  • Data entry experience in complex software environments

Other Requirements:

  • Highly detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
  • Availability for a 6-month assignment with potential extension beyond December 31, 2026, and into 2027
  • Willingness to work in Midland, HWY 80 location; no travel tools required
